		<description>Conduit looks quite good if it can do what the screenshots suggest! I'm also not quite sure what it would mean to synchronise tags and comments; JPEGs can hold an internal comment, but it'd be a hack.</description>

It's still in development, but from what I've read about it it's quite good. Don't know how it handles tagging though, so you might be left to do those through the website.</description>
